Shipping and Returns
All our items will be shipped Via USPS First Class and if need be Priority Mail, typically within 1 business day of receiving your order.
Once an item is shipped, it is out of our control. All of our items are shipped with tracking information that is sent to you as soon as it is shipped.
Great Lakes Kids Apparel shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods by the United States Postal Service.
As of 7/15/20: As a courtesy, included with your First Class Mail shipments is automatic insurance coverage through Shipsurance. If your package is lost (after 20 days from shipment date has gone by), or arrives damaged; please email us at GreatLakesKidsApparel@gmail.com, Putting in the subject line LOST SHIPMENT and we will be able to file a insurance claim for your shipment. As a courtesy to our customers, we will immediately refund you via a Great Lakes Kids Apparel Gift Card or via your original payment method. You will then need to sign an affidavit (that is sent via a quick webpage form) saying you did not receive the package. If you do not sign that affidavit; your card will be re-charged for the original order amount.
In the event that your package is returned to us due to the USPS not being able to deliver the package as addressed, YOU will be responsible for all return shipping charges to have the product shipped back to you; or if you choose to have the item refunded, your refund will be less the actual shipping charges for the item.
Covid 19 Shipping Information
All orders are continuing to be shipped out either same day or next business day from our warehouse in Ohio. Due to COVID-19, USPS delivery timeframes have been unreliable. As a company, all we can do is ship your product as quickly as possible and let USPS handle the rest. Our promise to you is we will do our best to get your package out same or next business day, but we cannot be held responsible for the USPS taking longer than normal to deliver packages.
NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We will accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your item. An exchange must be unworn, unwashed and unscented. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase!
All exchanges will be done using a Great Lakes Kids gift card that then you are able to use to purchase anything else on our site. Shipping charges are non refundable. We will send the gift card within 24 hours of receiving your return and verifying that it has been unworn, unwashed and unscented.
